RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 20 days. If more than 20 days have gone by since your purchase, you will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, Lashin Out requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
Adhesive is the only item exempt from being returned, as Lashin Out will not know if it was opened and used. Therefore, all adhesive is final sale and CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
MISSING ORDER (If applicable)
All orders are shipped through Canada Post. If you choose "Small Packet Air" to ship to the United States, please note that this shipping option DOES NOT come with tracking. If your order is lost because of selecting this shipping option, Lashin Out is NOT responsible for replacing your lost order. If you have a tracked package and have not received it, please contact Canada Post first, then please contact us via email at jazmine@lashinout.ca.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, make sure you have checked your bank account again. If you have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Often times, there are processing times before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at jazmine@lashinout.ca.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
In the event that an item is defective or damaged, you can exchange it for the same item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jazmine@lashinout.ca

DISCLAIMER
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Lashin Out does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
